Website Update…{McAllen Texas Photographer}

Yay! Our website (or sites I should say) are now completely updated and linked. You can visit our new splash page by clicking here. The only bummer is that we have three sites but only three links, so the blog doesn’t have a link from the splash page anymore. However, you can access the blog from any of the three sites. Best to just bookmark it anyway :)

We were happy to finally get Gerardo’s cinema site running which has been a good 6 months in the making. It has a different layout than the photography sites, but still links to the blog and wedding photography site. You can find the link by clicking here. I really love how pretty his new site is…I will go and watch the videos over and over sometimes, always amazed that this is what my hubby can create :)

Also, I finally got the portrait part of the photography site up and running. This has taken longer (a year and a half…yikes), but now gives clients a really good representation of my work as well as lots of information. You can visit the portrait site by clicking here.

Our little photography company has been tossed to and fro with changes and it seems this year will prove no different. Although recent changes have been made, we are planning some REALLY big ones for the beginning of 2013! Stay tuned :)

I cannot say enough about this wedding!!! Gerardo and I just love Vanessa & Justin…and have really loved getting to know them this past year. Their wedding was absolutely STELLAR!!! The flowers, the food, the linens, the decor, the people, the energy…everything was absolutely beautiful! We loved how Justin and Vanessa were open to incorporating important aspects of their lives into their wedding day. The bride and groom session was shot at Justin’s family’s cement plant…the truck they are with is his baby :) He worked hard at getting it all shined up! It was lots of fun to see them lighthearted and relaxed after the ceremony…we love you guys!

vanessa was a real trooper during this session! stickers in her dress, tons of mosquitoes, and climbing, jumping, kneeling, and sitting anywhere we asked her too…couldn’t have asked for a better bride :) i think the results were well worth the pain!

Marcie & Isaac Wedding {mcallen tx wedding photographer}

Get ready for another mega post! There are a TON of detail shots in this post, but since Marcie poured her heart out over every single aspect of this wedding we made sure to get LOTS of pictures of all her hard work! My favorite part was the cocktail hour…I love looking at beautiful food, and this food was gorgeous! The layout was sooooooo pretty :) I also loved how each table had a letter that stood for something unique about the couple…table P had a card that explained how PRAYER is such an important part of Marcie and Isaac’s life…LOVE IT! The generation photos on the piano were especially touching to me since I have a passion for family history…

Marcie’s dress was stunning…Lazaro is a master with detailing!!! And Marcie’s ring…radiant cut, HUGE diamond!!!! AHHHH…so in LOVE with it! Yummy cake, pretty roses, lovely dresses, stellar heels, good music, happy people…SO MUCH FUN! Marcie and Isaac, you guys rock…lots of good wishes being sent out your way :)

2010 motion cinema workshop in tabasco, mexico

gerardo had a great time in tabasco mexico this last week…he spent time with videographers teaching them concepts of moving while filming and introducing his new product… the flytrack. he is really excited to be able to offer this in his line of product including the flypad and the flydish…more on these to come :)
