Survey Says…{McAllen Texas Photographer}

Hi Everyone! We are currently reorganizing, rethinking and revamping our photography studio. And to do that we NEED your opinions! We are looking for honest constructive criticism that will provide feedback on what we can do to serve our clientele better. What are the things you wished we offered? What suggestions do you have for future shoots? Do you want more newborn props?
Are we priced correctly for the market? Is our work worth the price you paid? How was your overall experience with us? Where you satisfied with your final products?

We have so many questions we would like to ask our clients…so we created a very short survey to get your input. There are two…one for wedding photo and video and one for portrait photography. Some of you may have been emailed a link…others may find it for the first time here.

We would appreciate any time you take to answer these questions. They are completely anonymous…I cannot tell who answered what, so please be as honest as possible. If there was something you didn’t like or something that we did wrong or could change, let us know. I’ve done surveys like this before and its easy to just mark ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ on each line and call it good :) But that means we will keep on doing what we are doing since we think it works! We want to make sure we are giving our clients the BEST experience possible… and if we aren’t then we want to know what we should change. Thanks in advance!!!

Valley Wedding Pages…{McAllen Texas Photographer}

We had a wonderful time tonight at the Valley Wedding Pages Event with World Renowned Wedding and Event Planner Preston Bailey It was also the launch of the Valley Wedding Pages Annual Wedding Planning Guide…celebrating 10 years! We were honored to shoot the cover as well as some editorial images for Portillo Jewelers, MaryLu’s Flowers and Just Between Friends Tea Room who provided the vintage wedding gowns. The shoot took place at the beautiful Santa Anita Gallery. It was lots of fun and we wanted to take the time to thank Letty Guerra for giving us the opportunity…make sure to check out the new wedding guide located at wedding vendors near you!
