i had the best time at this bridal session!!! sarah was so much fun to work with, super relaxed and pretty much open to anything we threw out. we know she is a cowgirl at heart, so we incorporated that into her session. we just shot their wedding last week and i cannot wait to blog it!
just a side note…gerardo and i each have our signatures on the images we shoot, but editing is a different story. sometimes i will like a shot of gerardo’s and i will edit it the way i like, or vice versa. with two people working together that have different styles of shooting and editing i think it makes a nice (yet somewhat confusing) blend of images that compliment each other. i like a more straight forward style of shooting and love natural light. gerardo likes interesting angles and does a steller job at off camera flash lighting. as for editing, i like softer more muted colors…gerardo likes lots of harsh contrast. what you get with the both of us is a unique blend of photography that is like none other. so for this post i took the images i edited, regardless of who shot them, and posted them first. gerardo faves that he edited are posted underneath mine.
